Description: CJW constructed this habitat restoration project with a scope of work that includes: potholing; water diversion and control; site preparations, clearing and grubbing; irrigation; landscaping, hydro-seeding and planting with maintenance; cut and fill of base and asphalt and concrete placement for an access road; curbs and gutters; fencing; and stone protection; interior concrete work; and a new entryway.
CJW cleared the existing sited of all obstructions and set up diversion and water control. We installed 1,100 Tons of fill material and aggregate base road, as well as 600 CY of miscellaneous fill along with 600 Tons of aggregate base course. CJW constructed a 6,000 SF concrete access road with a 12,000 SF concrete overflow with a driveway approach and concrete ditch extensions and crossings. Additionally, we installed 1,600 tons of stone protection, grouting protection, 5,600 of cable and chainlink fencing with gates. The entire site was provided with hydro-seeding and landscaping, a new irrigation system and plant establishment and maintenance of both the newly constructed/installed habitat, as well as the existing habitat.
